Chelsea could announce £80m signing of a world cup winner

Chelsea could sign Lautaro Martinez this coming summer if they are willing to cough up £80-100 million, according to Report.

The January transfer window gave CHELSEA an opportunity to delve into that transfer kitty and try to add a few more players to the side that are able to make a real difference to the side, but despite all the speculation, no deals could get done.

Adding a striker is high up on the agenda, and there has already been some massive names linked with a mega money move to Stamford Bridge over the past couple of months.

The Argentinean forward remains a key player for Inter Milan, already breaking the 20 goal barrier. The Blues are on the hunt for a new No. 9 to lead their line and are long-term admirers of Martinez.
